A beautifully hand-painted patachitra saree (Indian folk art) depicting the celebration of a bridal procession. Check the dancers and the musicians making merry as they make their way with the bride on her way to her husband's home. The bride in the palanquin is depicted on the pallu (or anchal) of the saree. Upada silks are light weight ones, easy to wear and carry.
