Please note that since we deal in handicrafts which are hand crafted and not machine manufactured, no 2 pieces of articles will be or can be identical. Further, since these are handcrafted, there may be slight imperfections of the product. We urge you to understand and appreciate that these are not defects but inherent to the process of product creation as such & contribute to the uniqueness of the products.
Actual colours may slightly vary compared to as visible on the website.
Payment Policy All orders are to be paid for in advance. Delivery of an item will not be arranged until full payment has been received and accepted unless it is cash on delivery.
COD
Please note in case of COD (cash on Delivery) check outs, the courier company charges 2% of the product value or Rs 50 whichever is higher as 'cash collection and remittance ' charge. Thus, the final amount to be paid by the buyer will be 2% of (Product value + Shipping amount ) or Rs 50 whichever is higher.
For Bank transfers, no such charge is levied and the amount paid by the customer will be Product value + Shipping amount. Only in case of international payments, transactions fees as levied by the Bank may be added.
For PayPal checkouts, as per PayPal norms the additional charge to the customer will be between 2.5% to 4% of the Product value (depending on current/existing Paypal Commission norms) + Shipping amount will be charged

MADE TO ORDER
Please note that our sarees are hand-woven, hand- dyed and then painted or hand-embroidered. This means that a 'made to order' 'hand-painted' saree will require at-least 35 days to completion before it can be shipped out.
A greater number of days might be required depending on the intricacy of the work and the additional value add.
We will start work once payment has been processed towards the 'Made to order' saree.
NO COD ORDERS ARE POSSIBLE FOR MADE TO ORDER/CUSTOMIZED SAREES.
For COD - an advance payment of 50% confirming that work should be undertaken towards your order will be required. The balance 50% can be paid as COD

Shipping Policy All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days from the date of receipt of payment. All orders will be sent via standard but reputed shippers. Notify us through email with order details in case you prefer a specific shipping agency.
Advaita Handicrafts cannot accept responsibility for items which may be delayed in transit due to postal service irregularities & this cannot be a reason for return/ refund. If your order is urgent, this has to be communicated to us at advaitahandicrafts@gmail.com or leenaa@goalseek.in prior to making any payments towards the purchase of the product. We will confirm whether urgent delivery of the product is possible.
The ordering party is responsible for entering the correct full postal address with pin code and email address during the ordering process. Once Products have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and Advaita Handicrafts will not be liable for their loss or damage.
Return Policy
We really want you to be happy with your purchase, but for any reason if you are not satisfied with your purchases (for reasons of damage/ defect / incorrect product being shipped erroneously) simply return them within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund (minus the delivery charge). In order to receive a refund or exchange within 14 days the product must be returned unused, in original selling condition and in its original packaging with any tags and the original invoice.
Please email us prior to returning an item, so that we know when to expect its arrival. If you fail to return the item within 14 days from delivery, the refund will not be processed. In the interests of hygiene we do not accept the returns of, or refunds on, pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings unless the item are of unsatisfactory quality.
Refund Policy
To qualify for a refund the goods must be unopened or in unused condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies or the bank's policies. If you find any of your goods are damaged or the wrong product was provided to you as a result of our error, please notify us immediately.
You will need to return unopened and/or unused items to us and according to your instructions we will either exchange them or reimburse the cost of the items including the delivery charge. When returning items we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please pack items suitably to prevent damage in transit. Please include your name, address, order reference number, reason for the return and the action you would like us to take with any returns. Please retain your proof of postage when returning products.
Advaita Handicrafts is NOT responsible for the shipping costs for any returns. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Thus, return shipping is to be paid for and arranged by you, unless it is agreed that the product is faulty, damaged or sold not as described. Further, shipping costs are non-refundable. Where an order has qualified for free shipping, should you wish to return the item; the actual initial postage cost will be deducted from your refund. If shipping has been paid for by the buyer, the cost will not be refunded. No refunds will be issued If the returning items are received back damaged to us (other than postal damage).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If you haven’t received a refund yet but received a mail confirming approval of refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at advaita@goalseek.in.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
